We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with an engineering background and hands-on experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to identify and engage suitable candidates across various industries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Engineering graduate (BE/B Tech) with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience .
- Practical experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in a remote/hybrid setup.
