Job Summary

Fillip Technology is looking for an experienced Network Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructures. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LAN/WAN architecture, data-centre networking, firewalls, routing, switching, and network security. The candidate will be responsible for developing network solutions, ensuring infrastructure reliability, resolving complex technical issues, and aligning network architecture with business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable network architecture for enterprise and data-centre environments.
- Plan, implement, and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, and network connectivity.
- Design and configure network security solutions, including firewalls, access controls, and security policies.
- Develop network architecture diagrams, technical specifications, implementation plans, and solution documentation.
- Manage and optimize DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, VPNs, and other core network services.
- Evaluate network infrastructure requirements and recommend appropriate technologies, hardware, and solutions.
- Lead network deployment, migration, integration, and upgrade projects.
- Troubleshoot complex network performance, connectivity, routing, and security issues.
- Ensure network availability, scalability, performance, and compliance with applicable security standards.
- Collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, risk analysis, and performance optimization.
- Establish network design standards, best practices,



and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to network engineers and support teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and solution recommendations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in network engineering, network architecture, or enterprise networking.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture and data-centre networking.
- Expertise in routing and switching protocols, network segmentation, VLANs, and IP networking.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, network access control, and security configurations.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP address management, and network services.
- Experience in network monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to design highly available, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures.
- Familiarity with network security principles, access management, and infrastructure risk assessment.
- Experience with network architecture documentation, solution design, and technical presentations.
- Solid analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent networking/security certifications are preferred.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
