: .NET Developer (8-12 Years Experience)

Position: .NET Developer Experience in software development, Hands-on experience in .NET application development. Strong experience in building enterprise-level web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Entity Framework/EF Core, and RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and consuming ASP.NET Core Web APIs and microservices.
- Positive understanding of software design principles including SOLID principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns such as Repository, Factory, and Dependency Injection.
- Experience working with SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Experience with Entity Framework/EF Core for data access and database management.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0/ JWT • Experience using source control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best coding practices.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging,



and optimizing application performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to Azure Cloud Services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, or Storage Accounts.

- Experience in code reviews and adherence to coding standards and quality processes.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
- Interest in learning and working with AI-enabled business applications.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
