Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and high-performance applications for our enterprise products. The role involves hands-on development, API integration, database optimisation, troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop RESTful APIs, web services and integrations with internal and external applications.
- Build scalable, secure and maintainable application components using established coding standards.
- Work with SQL Server, including database design, query optimisation, stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Implement authentication, authorisation and application security best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs and enterprise systems as required.
- Support application deployment, production releases and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments to streamline development and deployment.
- Contribute to technical documentation, application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve development productivity.

Technical Skills

Core Development

- C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- ASP.NET Core, MVC and Web API
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles and design patterns
- Entity Framework Core / LINQ
- Asynchronous programming and exception handling

Database & Integration

- Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing and query optimisation
- REST APIs, JSON and third-party integrations
- Authentication and authorisation mechanisms

Tools & Deployment

- Git / Azure DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment processes
- Microsoft Azure exposure will be an advantage
- Unit testing frameworks and debugging tools

Additional Advantage

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with AI APIs, Generative AI or intelligent automation.
- Experience developing enterprise SaaS products or customer-facing applications.
