We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Kiosk Manager / Retail Operations Manager Frozen Yogurt to oversee the daily operations, team performance, customer experience, & profitability of our frozen yogurt kiosk network. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or dessert/dairy kiosk operations, solid inventory & cold-chain control, team leadership skills, & a proven track record of driving revenue in high-footfall retail environments (malls, airports, high-street locations).

Job Title Options

- 5–8 Years: Kiosk Operations Manager / Store Manager
- 8–12 Years: Senior Operations Manager / Retail Kiosk Manager
- 12–20 Years: Regional Kiosk Operations (Multi-Unit Expansion & Franchise Operations)

Roles & Responsibilities Operations & Quality Standards

- Oversee daily end-to-end kiosk operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, food hygiene, & health & safety standards.
- Ensure optimal operation, sanitization, & daily maintenance of soft-serve / frozen yogurt dispensing machinery & refrigeration units.
- Maintain strict quality control for yogurt mix preparation, toppings freshness, portioning, & presentation.

Sales & Profitability (P&L;)

- Drive daily/monthly sales targets, manage local store marketing (LSM), & launch upsell initiatives (toppings, combos, seasonal flavors).
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Sales vs. Target, Average Order Value (AOV), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Wastage %, & Labor Cost %.
- Manage daily cash collection, POS transactions, audit cash drawers, & reconcile daily sales reports.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

- Manage raw material stock levels (yogurt bases, dry/fresh toppings, disposables) to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Enforce strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO)



stock rotation & cold-chain maintenance to minimize spoilage & wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors & central warehouse for timely replenishment & delivery schedules.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

- Recruit, onboard, schedule, & train kiosk team members (attendants, cashiers) on customer service, product knowledge, & machine handling.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment & conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage shift rosters, attendance, & peak-hour labor allocation to ensure efficient speed of service.

Customer Experience & Compliance

- Maintain high standards of customer service, prompt issue resolution, & customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI / local health authority requirements) & retail/mall operational rules.

Senior-Level Responsibilities (For 12–20 Years Experience)

- Multi-Unit Operations: Manage multi-kiosk rollouts across region/zones, managing Store Managers & Cluster Leaders.
- P&L; & Business Growth: Complete P&L; accountability for regional kiosk operations; drive store profitability & margin expansion strategies.
- Franchise & Mall Relations: Build & maintain relationships with mall management teams, real estate developers, & franchise partners.
- New Store Openings (NSO): Lead kiosk design reviews, site selections, machine procurement, setup, launch events, & initial team onboarding.

Candidate Requirements & Key Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 to 20 years in QSR, retail desserts, ice cream/dairy brands, or food kiosk management.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating & maintaining commercial soft-serve / frozen yogurt machines (e.g., Taylor, Gelmatic, Carpiani) & refrigeration systems.

Key Competencies:

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, & inventory management software/POS systems.
- Excellent leadership, team building, & shift-management capabilities.
- Analytical skills to review sales reports, wastage percentages, & labor productivity metrics.
