- Plan and safely execute diverse organic synthesis experiments and interpret analytical data such as NMR, MS, IR, and HPLC

The candidates should be experienced in,
- Handling diverse types of organic reactions, including Palladium catalyzed reactions like Suzuki, Buchwald, Heck, Sonogashira, Negishi coupling reactions, oxidation/reduction, cyclization, Diels-alder type reactions, heterocyclic chemistry, organoboron chemistry, etc.

- Handling of the Reagents like Butyllithium, LAH, Pd/C, Raney Ni, Grignard reagents, etc.

- Interpretation of analytical data like NMR, MS, IR, and HPLC.

- Independently planning and protected execution of experiments in Lab
