Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement professional responsible for sourcing, vendor development, negotiation, and procurement of materials required for manufacturing operations. The candidate should ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining optimal cost, quality, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for direct and indirect materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to meet business requirements.

- Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams for material requirements.

- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.

- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost, and delivery.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

- Conduct cost-saving initiatives and annual rate negotiations.

- Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Desired Skills

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.





- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain, and inventory management.

- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or OEM environment preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.

- Relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing functions.
