Role Description The Mould Maker at Zorko Technologies is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, fabricating, and maintaining moulds used in the production of LED display components and related assemblies. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing mould designs, selecting appropriate materials, and machining, fitting, and polishing mould parts to required specifications.

The Mould

Maker will inspect moulds for accuracy and wear, perform repairs and adjustments, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize mould performance and manufacturing efficiency.



The role also requires maintaining tools and equipment, following safety standards, and documenting work to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in mould design, fabrication, and finishing, including reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools.
- Hands-on experience with machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding, and basic CNC or manual machine operation.
- Knowledge of materials used for mould making (metals, alloys, polymers) and their properties, along with basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot mould defects, perform repairs and adjustments, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve mould performance.
- Attention to detail, solid problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety and quality standards in a workshop or factory environment.
- Relevant vocational training, diploma, or certificate in tool and die making, mechanical engineering, or a related trade; prior experience as a mould maker or tool technician is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur, adapt to production schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a growing manufacturing organization.
