JOB SUMMARY

Teqinetic Creative Hub is looking for a creative and innovative Motion Graphics Designer & AI Creative Specialist who can produce engaging animations, promotional videos, and AI-generated visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, and AI-powered creative tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for digital platforms.
- Develop reels, social media videos, advertisements, and branded visual content.
- Use AI tools to generate images, videos, animations, voiceovers, and creative concepts.
- Create AI-powered video content for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Edit videos and add transitions, visual effects, sound effects, and motion elements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, and content creators.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Adapt videos and animations to different social media platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Practical experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual effects.




- Hands-on experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- Knowledge of tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and social media advertisements.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and AI-generated creative work is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Experience with AI-assisted video editing, image generation, and animation workflows.
- Knowledge of sound design, colour grading, and compositing.
- Experience creating product videos, promotional advertisements, and branded reels.
