- Handle pre-primary classes and create a safe, caring, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Teach basic concepts, alphabets, numbers, rhymes, stories, and good habits.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching-learning materials.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Monitor students' learning progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and behavior.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and assessment reports.
- Organize celebrations, activities, and special classroom events.
- Coordinate with the academic team and follow school policies.
Qualifications
- Any relevant degree; NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
