– Monitoring Lead (Nexthink)

Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

- Monitor Nexthink dashboards and alerts to identify endpoint issues.
- Analyze system performance, application crashes, and boot-time issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring problems.
- Initiate automated fixes and escalate issues when required.
- Support Windows, macOS, and VDI environments.
- Coordinate with Service Desk and Engineering teams.
- Prepare performance reports and shift handover updates.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

- Nexthink – Finder, Portal, Act, Remote Actions, and Campaigns.
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- macOS and VDI support.
- Active Directory.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Data analysis and root cause analysis.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Python scripting.
- Splunk, Wireshark, or ExtraHop.
- Sysinternals tools.
