Company: Momo Majesty Foods Job Location: Mukundapur, Kolkata (Near Mukunda Bhawan) Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the cooking process, especially steaming ready-made momos with proper cooking time and temperature. Deep-fry French fries and frozen food items, including fish, chicken, and momos. Prepare and serve momo soup and chutney with proper taste and quality.

Chop vegetables and prepare ingredients required for momo soup. Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Follow customer orders accurately and serve food on time. Keep the cooking area, steamer, fryer, utensils, and serving counter clean.

Handle food, ingredients, and kitchen equipment carefully. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.



Take responsibility for assigned duties and report low stock or shortages promptly.

Follow the owner's instructions and ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a momo shop, rapid-food stall, or QSR is preferred. Must understand steaming, deep-frying, and basic food preparation. Must be hardworking, hygienic, responsible, and customer-friendly. Must be able to work efficiently during busy hours and follow instructions.
