About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of mobile application design for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive, secure, and conversion-focused user experiences, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.

The candidate will be responsible for translating complex financial and payment workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces and scalable design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation aligned with product requirements and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile experiences for iOS and Android applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design seamless payment journeys, transaction flows, onboarding, authentication, and other financial workflows.
- Simplify complex fintech and payment processes into clear and accessible user experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent UI patterns.
- Ensure designs follow mobile usability standards, accessibility guidelines, and platform-specific design principles.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Work closely with Flutter developers to ensure accurate design implementation and smooth developer handoff.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving user experience.
- Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and customer retention.




- Maintain design documentation, specifications, and assets for efficient development and implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product analytics, and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably for mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries.
- Experience designing applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Prior experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ability to create detailed design specifications and provide effective developer handoff.
- Understanding of Flutter-based application development and the practical requirements of designing interfaces for Flutter implementation.
- Knowledge of responsive layouts, accessibility standards, and mobile design guidelines.
- Solid problem-solving, visual communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing payment gateways, UPI transactions, digital wallets, merchant payment solutions, or other fintech products.
- Familiarity with secure financial workflows, transaction confirmations, error states, and payment failure or refund journeys.
- Experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Understanding of conversion optimization, product analytics, and data-driven design improvements.
- A strong portfolio showcasing mobile applications, end-to-end user journeys, and design systems.
