– DMS MIS Executive

Department: MIS / Sales Administration

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain data in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Generate vehicle booking, retail, delivery, and stock reports.
- Monitor and update vehicle sales records in the DMS.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Prepare sales consultant-wise and showroom-wise performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, finance, and other departments for data collection and verification.
- Maintain records of vehicle bookings, invoicing, and deliveries.
- Prepare Excel reports and management summaries as required.
- Support the team in resolving DMS data discrepancies and reporting issues.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Knowledge of DMS software will be an advantage.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility
- Freshers with positive Excel knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with experience in DMS operations or MIS reporting will be preferred.
- Ability to manage data and complete reports within deadlines.
