About the Role

Gaurav H Jain & Co. is looking for a dedicated MIS & Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting entries and prepare accurate, timely MIS reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally (sales, purchase, journal, receipt, payment, and contra entries)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel
- Reconcile bank statements, party ledgers, and vendor accounts
- Track receivables and payables, and prepare ageing reports
- Handle GST data entry, TDS calculations, and assist in return filing
- Analyse data and present insights to management
- Maintain accurate records and support audits

Required Skills (Must Have)

- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Filters (mandatory)




- Working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST basics
- Valuable typing speed and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Qualification and Experience

- B.Com / M.Com /CA Inter/ MBA equivalent (preferred)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and MIS reporting

Good to Have

- Knowledge of HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and conditional formatting
