About The Role

Strong hand in Excel and MS Office skills

Should have experience in creating Data used for analytics

Should have experience in making presentation and pivots

Eye for Micro details to assess data sets received from multiple stakeholders and should be analytical mind.

Robust interpersonal skills aiding coordination between Internal and External stakeholders

Ability to Collate and analyse data for the entire process on a monthly/Weekly/Daily

Engage with different work streams to proactively collaborate to drive SLA’s

Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities

Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s

Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar.
- Master's degree preferable.




- Experience managing a team.
- Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
