Role Overview:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that enhance business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources for management decision-making.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and automated reporting systems.

- Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather and validate data.

- Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.

- Generate business performance insights and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.





- Support management with ad-hoc reports and presentations.

- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.

- Assist in implementing ERP/MIS tools and contribute to process automation initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,etc.) and reporting tools.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
