- Assimilate data from System & analyse to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- reports
- Analyse reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has
- been collected
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful reports
- and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver
- customized reports as per business needs.

Experience Range: 2 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation , B.Com , B.B.A , B.Tech/B.E ,or MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management review

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and process data from databases

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI

- Build and manage Excel-based reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)

- Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and turnaround time

- Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas in data

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

Skills Required: Analysis Reports , Data Collection , Data Review

Candidate Attributes: Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, macros)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Working knowledge of Power BI (report/dashboard creation)
- Experience automating reports (e.g., via Excel macros, Power Query, or tools like Python/n8n )




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication skills for stakeholder coordination

Good to Have

- Exposure to Python for data automation
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Experience with scheduling/workflow automation tools
