MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with robust expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and report automation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, analyzing operational and sales data, maintaining dashboards, and providing timely insights to management to support business decisions across our supermarket and hypermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, purchases, inventory, stock movement, expenses, and store performance.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and business improvement opportunities.
- Consolidate data from multiple supermarket branches and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare sales comparison reports, target-versus-achievement reports, and store-wise performance analysis.
- Develop automated reports using Excel formulas, functions, and other advanced tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable reports to management.
- Coordinate with store managers, accounts,



purchase, inventory, and operations teams for data collection and verification.
- Maintain structured databases and ensure timely submission of management reports.
- Identify discrepancies in reports and recommend process improvements.

Key Skills & Technical Competencies Advanced Microsoft Excel – Mandatory

- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
- INDEX and MATCH
- SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, IFS, IFERROR
- Conditional Formatting and Data Validation
- Advanced sorting, filtering, and data cleaning
- Dashboard creation and dynamic reporting
- Charts, graphs, and KPI tracking
- Data consolidation and reconciliation
- Power Query for data transformation and automation
- Basic Excel macros/VBA knowledge is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Advanced Excel or MIS reporting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
