Opening for : MIS & Billing Engineer

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

- Billing & Documentation: Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills as per contract terms. Ensure timely submission and approval of invoices.
- Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis, verify market rates for materials and labour to cross check the invoices billed by Sub contractors.
- Contract & Compliance Management: Review contracts, work orders, and agreements to ensure billing accuracy and compliances with project scope and materials for all the sub contractors.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Maintain records of work done vs. billed, track project expenses, and provide periodic reports on financial progress.
- Coordination with Teams: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of billing and execution.
- Variation & Claims Management: Identify and document scope changes, prepare variation claims, and support in resolving billing disputes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
