Responsibilities

- Analyze supply chain datasets to spot trends, identify efficiencies, and find improvement opportunities
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using JDA/Blue Yonder and Microsoft Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-based solutions
- Manage and optimize inventory to fulfill business requirements while avoiding overstock
- Build and maintain statistical forecasting models to anticipate demand and trends
- Perform thorough analyses of supply chain logistics and provide practical recommendations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain process enhancements
- Ensure accuracy and detail in all analytical documentation
- Train and assist team members in analytics tools and methodologies
- Track and report supply chain performance metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Operations
- Proficiency with JDA/Blue Yonder, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau Desktop
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros
- Solid knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and statistical forecasting methods
- Experience in demand planning, inventory control, or related disciplines
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and extract financial insights
- Effective communication skills to present results to stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level for clear communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
