Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordination Executive to coordinate mining site operations, monitor machinery and vehicle deployment, maintain operational records, and prepare daily progress reports. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination, reporting, and MS Excel skills, along with a willingness to travel to mining sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with site supervisors to collect daily operational data and progress updates.
- Monitor vehicle and machinery deployment, material movement, attendance, and site activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify operational data and assess on-ground progress.
- Maintain accurate site records using MS Excel and tracking systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Identify and report discrepancies, delays, and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with accounts and administration teams to ensure site records align with billing and compliance documentation.
- Follow up with site personnel to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of operational activities and site performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site coordination, mining operations, or a similar role.
- Basic to good proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and reporting.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Willingness to travel to mining and project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in mining, construction, infrastructure, or industrial site operations will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site supervisors and internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
