QA Engineer

Role Overview:

The QA Engineer will ensure the quality of middleware, APIs, and front-end systems by developing and executing comprehensive test plans. The role requires robust experience with testing microservices and APIs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop automated functional and unit tests, achieving >80% code coverage for microservices and APIs.

- Perform API testing to validate the performance and accuracy of middleware endpoints.

- Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate system performance under various conditions.

- Conduct manual and integration testing to validate the behavior of microservices and APIs.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure test-driven development practices.





- Create detailed bug reports and work with developers to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on API and microservices testing.

- Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and their testing strategies.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
