Role & responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer (Identity, Collaboration & Endpoint)

Engagement Phase: Discovery, Build, Migration, Cutover & Hypercare

69 years IT; 4+ years M365 engineering and migration delivery

Role Purpose

Lead and support Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration and separation programmes covering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, Entra ID, Security and Compliance workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Identify users, business units, service accounts, shared mailboxes and Microsoft 365 Groups in scope.

Assess Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune and Power Platform workloads.

Analyse mailbox, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and archive data volumes.

Identify Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications,



Service Principals and integration dependencies.

Assess shared services, coexistence requirements and parent tenant dependencies.

Preserve MFA, Conditional Access, Retention, Legal Hold, Sensitivity Labels and compliance controls.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Power Platform, Quest ODM, AvePoint, ShareGate, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph.

Positive-to-Have

M&A;, Divestiture, Carve-Out and Tenant Separation programme experience.

Certifications

Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert / PMP / PRINCE2 as applicable.

Exps - 6yrs to 9yrs
