Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for wireless tool dimensioning & Evaluation.
2. Drive test & post processing tool planning & automation.
3. Wireless tools configuration and commissioning.
4. Support to field teams for drive test issues.
5. Interacting with drive test vendor for the feature development.

Education Requirement BE/BTech

Experience Requirement 7 - 14 years

Skills & Competencies

1. Strong hands-on experience on GSM, UMTS & LTE technologies in planning and optimization.
2. Expertise in Active/Passive DAS design and optimization including Hicap venues for event monitoring.
3. Expertise in Small cell technology, complete architecture and the optimization of various nodes involved.
4. Solid technical knowledge of LTE technology (Physical layer, Architecture).
5. Analytical, Problem Solving, Team player, Self-motivated, Strategy.
