- Lead the deployment, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise Multi-

Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, including HYPR or equivalent passwordless authentication platforms.

- Drive migration from legacy MFA methods to modern passwordless authentication technologies across global environments.
- Design, configure, and support MFA integrations with Microsoft Entra ID,

Active Directory, VPN, RDP, Windows endpoints, and enterprise applications.

- Manage user enrollment, device registration, authentication policies, recovery workflows, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, SSO, certificate, conditional access,

and federation-related issues.

- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Application teams to ensure seamless and secure user authentication experiences.
- Develop automation, operational procedures, technical documentation, and support runbooks.
- Monitor authentication performance, adoption metrics, compliance requirements, and platform health.
- Support audits, security assessments,



and implementation of IAM best practices and governance controls.
- Lead MFA initiatives and provide technical guidance during design,

deployment, and operational phases.

Required Skills & Experience

 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), MFA, or

Authentication technologies.

 Hands-on experience with HYPR or equivalent MFA/passwordless solutions such as Microsoft Authenticator, Cisco Duo, Okta Verify, Ping Identity, RSA

SecurID, ForgeRock, or Secret Double Octopus.

 Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows

Authentication, SSO, Conditional Access, and Authentication Protocols.

 Experience leading enterprise-scale MFA deployments and migrations.

Internal - General

Use

 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Experience working in global enterprise environments and security-driven organizations
