Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.

- Robust understanding of data center design principles and MEP systems.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
