Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a multi-storey building construction project in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP execution, reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring work schedules, and ensuring effective coordination with civil teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate MEP works for the building construction project.
- Supervise MEP execution activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site execution.
- Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installation works.
- Ensure MEP activities are coordinated with ongoing civil and structural construction.
- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor manpower, materials,



and work schedules for MEP activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Provide regular updates on MEP progress and execution issues to project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP works and building construction.
- Experience managing MEP activities on multi-storey building projects.
- Positive understanding of MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in site execution, work scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Strong coordination skills with civil teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to manage site-level issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience managing MEP works in multi-storey building construction projects will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of coordinating multiple teams, monitoring installation activities, and ensuring smooth execution of MEP works at site.
