Key Responsibilities

1. Technical &
- Design Coordination

- Lead MEP design reviews, clash detections, and coordination using tools like AutoCAD and Revit models.

- Supervise specialized hospital systems, including:

- HVAC &
- Critical Care Systems

(negative pressure rooms, OT air handling units, cleanrooms).

- Electrical &

- Power Systems

(UPS, DG sets, isolation transformers for ICUs, emergency backup).

- Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) (oxygen, vacuum, nitrous oxide).

- Plumbing, Drainage, &

- Fire Protection

(sprinklers, hydrants, smoke management).

1. Project Management &
- Execution

- Drive project milestones from site mobilization through installation, testing, and hospital accreditation handovers.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and main contractors.

- Track daily/weekly progress, manage project schedules, and mitigate execution bottlenecks.

1. Quality Assurance &
- Compliance





- Ensure all installations comply with National Building Code (NBC), local fire norms, and healthcare regulatory standards.

- Conduct regular site quality checks and manage Punch Lists (snagging/de-snagging).

- Oversee testing and commissioning (TNC), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and integrated systems testing.

1. Cost, Procurement &
- Vendor Management

- Review contractor bills, material requisitions, and vendor evaluations.

- Drive value engineering exercises to optimize budgets without compromising clinical safety or system reliability.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
