We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with knowledge of civil construction and tiles work to oversee site execution, coordinate MEP services with civil activities, and ensure quality workmanship at our construction project. The candidate should have practical site experience in MEP installations, civil finishing, tile laying, and coordination with contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MEP Works

- Supervise installation and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services at the project site.

- Coordinate electrical conduits, wiring, plumbing lines, drainage systems, and other MEP services with civil works.

- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical issues.

- Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

1. Civil & Tiles Work

- Supervise civil finishing activities, including floor preparation, plastering, screeding, and related works.

- Monitor tile laying for floors, walls, washrooms, lobbies, and common areas.

- Ensure proper tile alignment, level, slope, joint spacing, grouting, and finishing.

- Check surface preparation and waterproofing before tile installation, especially in wet areas.

- Verify tile quality, dimensions, patterns, and material usage as per approved specifications.

- Identify and rectify defects such as uneven surfaces, hollow tiles, improper slopes, and poor grouting.

- Coordinate tile contractors and labour teams to maintain work quality and productivity.

Site Coordination & Quality Control

- Coordinate MEP services with civil, architectural, and finishing works to avoid clashes and rework.

- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.

- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and material consumption details.

- Check materials received at the site against approved specifications.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

- Report progress, technical issues, and material requirements to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, depending on the candidate's MEP responsibilities.

- 3–5 years of relevant construction site experience.

- Practical knowledge of MEP coordination and civil finishing works.

- Hands-on experience in tile installation, levelling, grouting, and finishing inspection.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Knowledge of site quality control, material estimation, and contractor management.

- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, malls, residential projects, or other large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

- Must be comfortable working at an active construction site.

- Should be able to manage contractors and ensure quality and timely execution.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in both MEP coordination and tiles/civil finishing will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
