1. Job Summary

The Civil MEP Engineer is responsible for coordinating and supervising civil construction activities alongside Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure proper execution, quality, safety, and timely completion of projects in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate civil construction activities with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other site teams.

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve site-related issues.

- Supervise installation and coordination of electrical conduits, plumbing lines, drainage systems, sleeves, openings, and embedded services before concrete casting and finishing works.

- Ensure proper coordination of MEP services with civil and structural elements to avoid rework and clashes.

- Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project engineers.





- Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction methods.

- Monitor material requirements, site consumption, and availability of construction and MEP materials.

- Ensure proper execution of waterproofing, wall openings, equipment foundations, trenching, and related civil works associated with MEP installations.

- Identify site discrepancies, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.

- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, site measurements, and other project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.

- Assist in project planning, progress monitoring, and timely completion of assigned activities.

1. Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Knowledge of MEP coordination and building construction practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
