Primary Job Responsibilities

- Mentoring Students for UPSC/UPPSC preparation.

- Coordinate regarding students’ learnings, study schedule, weaker areas, improvement, etc.

- Transparent doubts of students regarding their academic requirements and also help them manage the exam pressure.

- Be the support system for the students during this cumbersome journey.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

- Should have appeared for at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains or 1 UPSC CSE Interview.

- Should have appeared for at least 2 UPPSC Mains attempts.

- Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC/UPPSC Interview will be preferred.

- Prior mentoring/counselling experience will be preferred.

- Good understanding of the UPSC/UPPSC examination pattern, preparation strategy, and syllabus.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.
