Company Description E-Cell IIT Patna is a student-driven initiative dedicated to educating peers about entrepreneurship and business, guiding them from idea conception to practical implementation. It seeks to create a collaborative setting where students learn from each other and from experienced entrepreneurs and industry professionals. The cell’s activities include organizing lectures, workshops, and talks on key business and startup topics, as well as hosting intra-college events that promote entrepreneurial thinking within the IIT Patna community.

Role Description Members of E-Cell IIT Patna engage in planning, organizing, and executing events such as workshops, guest lectures, and entrepreneurship activities on campus. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with speakers, managing event logistics, promoting initiatives among students, and contributing ideas for new programs and campaigns. Members also collaborate with peers to develop content, handle basic outreach, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the cell.





This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, requiring active participation in E-Cell operations and campus activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with peers, speakers, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute events and activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and outreach abilities, including social media familiarity and student engagement skills.
- Candidates should possess teamwork, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills to contribute to initiatives and handle challenges.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and business topics, with willingness to learn and participate actively in E-Cell programs.
- Comfort with using common digital tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentation software); prior event or club experience is an advantage.
- Current enrollment as a student with availability for on-site activities and meetings as required by E-Cell IIT Patna.
