- Review medical records, patient histories, and clinical documentation.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical information.

- Identify missing documents, errors, or inconsistencies in records.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality policies.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare review reports.

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to resolve documentation issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
