Job type: Full-time, on-site and field

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About Us

AyurVita Wellness Centre provides personalised outpatient care in Ayurveda, physiotherapy, pain management, rehabilitation and preventive wellness. We are looking for an energetic Medical Representative to build our network in the community and grow awareness of our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, gyms and senior living or community groups in and around Yelahanka to introduce AyurVita’s services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Explain our Ayurveda and physiotherapy services (pain management, post-operative and post-fracture rehabilitation, sports injury care, neurological and paediatric physiotherapy, etc.) clearly and accurately.
- Generate patient referrals and appointment bookings.
- Organise and support health camps, awareness talks and screening drives.
- Distribute brochures and visiting cards,



and keep AyurVita visible in the local area.
- Follow up regularly with referral partners and keep records of visits, leads and conversions.
- Share market feedback and a weekly activity report with the management.
- Represent the centre professionally and ethically at all times.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate. A B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BAMS or paramedical background is preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in medical sales, healthcare marketing or pharma. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills in Kannada and English; Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
- Confident, presentable and able to build trust with doctors and patients.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and MS Office/Excel skills.
- Other: Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred. Local knowledge of Yelahanka and North Bangalore is an advantage.

What We Offer
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.
