Roles and Responsibilities

Patient Calling : Call patients to explain hospital services, treatments and consultation facilities in simple language.

Online Consultations: Coordinate Patients at very ground level as per advice of senior medical officers

. Appointment Booking: Schedule doctor consultations, follow-up calls and patient visits as per availability.

. Treatment Information: Provide basic information about Ayurveda, Panchakarma therapies and Naturopathy treatments as approved by the hospital.

. Patient Follow-up: Contact patients after consultations to check their appointment status and remind them of follow-up visits.

. Doctor Coordination: Connect patients with the concerned doctor for medical questions, treatment advice or doubts.

. Patient Counselling: Explain the consultation process, treatment packages and general hospital procedures without making false promises.

. Patient Records: Maintain proper records of patient names, contact numbers, enquiries, appointments and follow-up status.

. Lead Management:



Follow up with interested patients and update the status of each enquiry.

. Skilled Communication: Speak politely with patients and maintain patient confidentiality.

. Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports of calls made, appointments booked, follow-ups completed and pending enquiries to the reporting manager.

Important Rules

- Tele Consultants must not prescribe medicines, diagnose diseases or recommend therapies without authorization from the concerned qualified doctor.
- Do not guarantee treatment results or make misleading claims.
- Do not share patients' personal or medical information with unauthorized persons.
- Follow hospital policies, approved scripts and instructions from seniors.
- Maintain punctuality, professional behaviour and proper call records.

Qualifications and Skills Knowledge in Ayurveda & Degree with any reputed Institute is given preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an advantage.
- Polite speaking style, patience and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling, healthcare or patient coordination is preferred.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
