- Location : Chennai | Bangalore | Trichy | Hyderabad | Pune.
- Industry: US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Medical Coding.
- Any Certified is Mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate coding.
- Assign appropriate medical codes according to applicable coding guidelines.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Identify coding discrepancies and documentation gaps.




- Support coding quality and productivity requirements.
- Work according to client-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Surgery Coding minimum 1 year.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
- Understanding of medical records and coding documentation.
- Any Certification in Mandatory ( CPC, COC, CIC, CCS, )
