Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Billing Associate to manage end-to-end dental insurance billing and revenue cycle operations for US dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
- Prepare and submit dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable (AR).
- Manage claim denials, rejections, corrections, and resubmissions.
- Call insurance companies to resolve claim and payment issues.
- Post insurance payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs.




- Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, claim status, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely claim resolution.

Requirements

- Proficiency in written and verbal English is MUST.
- Prior experience in US dental billing or dental RCM preferred.
