Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and organized Media Planning Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves supporting media planning and following campaign execution, documenting project details and maintaining an updated media portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in media planning, coordination, and campaign execution across OOH and other media platforms.
2. Coordinate with media vendors to maintain and update the master media inventory, including availability, locations, specifications, and pricing on a daily basis.
3. Follow up with vendors on media availability, bookings, execution schedules, creative requirements, and campaign updates.
4. Support the team in site research, media recommendations, costing, and preparation of client proposals.
5. Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive media rates and commercial terms.
6. Prepare and update media plans, quotations, PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets,



and campaign reports.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of completed projects, including campaign details, media assets, locations, execution status, and proof-of-execution reports.

Skills & Requirements

- Robust PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Confident in speaking with clients, vendors, and partners and comfortable handling calls.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
