Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage manpower, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience, solid leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure work is completed on time.
- Manage manpower, attendance, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain work quality and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.




- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain records.
- Ensure discipline and productivity among team members.

Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications and supervisory experience may apply.
