Role Description This is a full time (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), on-site role for an MD Ayurveda Doctor based in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The role involves providing Ayurvedic consultations, conducting detailed patient assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans that may include herbal formulations, dietary guidance, and lifestyle interventions. The MD Ayurveda Doctor will monitor patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure treatments align with evidence-based Ayurvedic principles and organizational protocols.

The position includes collaborating with other wellness professionals, contributing to health-education workshops, and supporting holistic programs that promote preventive healthcare and long-term wellbeing.

Qualifications

- Recognized MD (Ayurveda) degree from an accredited institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Strong knowledge of classical Ayurvedic texts, clinical diagnosis, and formulation of personalized treatment plans.
- Experience in outpatient clinical practice, patient counseling, and long-term care management in a holistic or integrative setting.
- Ability to communicate complex health concepts in clear, empathetic language and collaborate with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
- Competence in maintaining detailed medical documentation and using basic digital tools or electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care that respects diverse cultural backgrounds and individual preferences.
- Experience conducting health talks, workshops, or community outreach programs is an advantage.
- Prior work in holistic wellness centers, hospitals, or public health initiatives in New Delhi or similar urban environments is beneficial.
