MediBill LLP is looking for two qualified MBBS doctors to join our Chronic Care Management (CCM) operations team, supporting a US-based medical practice.

The selected candidates will work exclusively on our client's CCM program, supporting patient outreach, medical records review, care-plan documentation, patient follow-ups, and clinical coordination under established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Review patient medical records, progress notes, medical history, and chronic conditions.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining comprehensive CCM care plans.
- Call patients to discuss the CCM program, explain its purpose and perks, and answer questions within the authorized scope.
- Follow up with patients regarding CCM enrollment and consent documentation.
- Review patient health information and document relevant updates.
- Identify missing documentation and coordinate with the US clinical team.
- Track patient follow-ups, activities, and time spent on qualifying services.
- Escalate clinical concerns to the authorized US treating physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with the billing team to support documentation quality and billing readiness.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable Indian medical regulatory authority.
- Strong medical documentation and patient communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.




- Knowledge of chronic conditions, medical terminology, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work with electronic medical records and computer-based systems.
- Willingness to work in a US healthcare shift.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in clinical documentation, patient care coordination, or chronic disease management.
- Familiarity with US healthcare workflows or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of Medicare CCM services and related documentation requirements.
