Experience:

5–7 years overall, including at least 3 years of relevant MCU BSP, MCAL, OS, power-management, CDD, or IoHwAb experience.

Role Overview:

Develop, configure, integrate, and debug MCU Board Support Packages and AUTOSAR Classic basic software for automotive ECUs, covering requirements analysis through target integration and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop MCU BSP software, including startup code, linker configuration, memory mapping, interrupt handling, clock initialization, reset handling, and peripheral bring-up.
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR OS tasks, events, alarms, counters, schedule tables, resources, and ISRs.
- Configure and validate MCAL modules such as Mcu, Port, Dio, Adc, Pwm, Gpt, Icu, Spi, Can, Lin, Wdg, Fls, and Fee.
- Implement and validate ECU power management using EcuM and BswM, covering ignition transitions,



wake-up, sleep, shutdown, reset, and watchdog handling.
- Develop Complex Device Drivers (CDDs) and IoHwAb components for board-specific hardware, sensors, and actuators.
- Perform board bring-up and hardware-software integration using schematics, datasheets, debugging tools, and measurement equipment.
- Troubleshoot startup, timing, memory, interrupt, communication, power-state, and peripheral-driver issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration baselines, review records, test evidence, and requirements traceability.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, diagnostics, safety, cybersecurity, and validation teams.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong Embedded C / C programming skills, with basic Python or scripting knowledge.
- Hands-on AUTOSAR Classic configuration and integration experience.
- Solid understanding of MCU architecture, memory, interrupts, real-time behavior, and low-level drivers.
- Experience with automotive MCUs such as Infineon AURIX, NXP S32, Renesas RH850, ST , or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with DaVinci Configurator/Developer, EB tresos , or equivalent tools.
- Target debugging using Trace32/Lauterbach or equivalent, JTAG, CANoe, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers .
- Knowledge of CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, SPI, I2C, and UART .
- Ability to read hardware schematics and MCU datasheets.
- Familiarity with Git/Gerrit, compiler and linker toolchains, build troubleshooting, MISRA C, and static analysis.
- Understanding of V-Model development, peer reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and change control.
