Key Responsibilities

- Teach MBA students core Finance subjects and concepts.
- Cover topics such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Investment Management, and Financial Markets.
- Explain financial analysis, budgeting, capital budgeting, and risk management.
- Teach topics related to Working Capital Management, Portfolio Management, and Security Analysis.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Provide practical examples and industry-based learning to students.
- Guide students in finance-related projects, assignments, and research work.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and assess student performance.
- Mentor students in academic development and career opportunities in finance.
- Stay updated with current financial market trends and industry practices.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance from a recognized university.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Finance or Management.
- Ph.D. or NET qualification will be an added advantage, as applicable.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Management and Corporate Finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial markets.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
- Classroom management and student mentoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and finance-related tools.
- Ability to use case studies and practical examples in teaching.

Experience Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching MBA Finance students is preferred.
- Industry experience in finance, banking, accounting, or financial analysis will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
