Key Responsibilities

1. PDP (Personality Development Program)

- Conduct sessions on personality development and qualified grooming.
- Train students in communication skills, spoken English, and public speaking.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and corporate placements.
- Develop students' presentation skills, confidence, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews and soft skills training sessions.

2. Marketing

- Teach MBA students subjects related to Marketing Management and Marketing Strategies.
- Cover topics such as Consumer Behaviour, Market Research, Branding, Advertising, and Digital Marketing.
- Use real-world case studies, projects, and practical examples to enhance learning.
- Guide students in marketing assignments, presentations, and research projects.
- Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and presentations.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant specialization.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Management or Marketing.
- Teaching experience with MBA students is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of PDP and Marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom management and student mentoring.
- Training and facilitation skills.
- Practical knowledge of marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.

Experience Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant teaching or training experience.
- Experience teaching MBA students in PDP and Marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
