Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and registered customers regarding matrimonial services.

- Explain membership plans, packages, and service benefits.

- Understand customer requirements and encourage new registrations.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.

- Assist registered members with profile details and suitable match enquiries.

- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable relationships.

- Update call details, follow-up status, and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
