Job Responsibilities:

- Develop current garment styles, patterns, and samples based on current fashion trends.
- Have strong knowledge of women’s garment stitching, cutting, fitting, and finishing.
- Supervise and manage a team of tailors to ensure quality and timely production.
- Understand garment construction and suggest new designs and styles.
- Have good knowledge of the Surat garment market and contacts for outsourced work such as embroidery, handwork, and finishing.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of outsourced work.

Requirements:

- Experienced in women’s garment manufacturing. (Min. 5 years of experience)
- Strong skills in pattern making, sampling, and garment development.
- Good team management and production planning skills.
- Surat market knowledge and vendor network preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
