Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mask Machine Operator with 1–3 years of experience in automatic or semi-automatic face-mask manufacturing. The candidate should have practical knowledge of machine operation, ultrasonic welding, production-line processes, and quality inspection to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate automatic or semi-automatic face-mask manufacturing machines.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, settings, and operating procedures.
- Feed and align mask fabric, including PP outer and inner layers and filter media, wherever applicable.
- Operate ultrasonic welding systems, earloop attachment mechanisms, nose-wire insertion, and sealing systems, depending on the machine design.
- Make basic adjustments to machine speed, alignment, welding settings, and material tension within approved operating limits.
- Inspect finished masks and identify defects such as weak welds, loose earloops, misaligned layers, poor nose-wire placement, and inconsistent dimensions.
- Perform daily machine cleaning, routine inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor production output and maintain records of quantities produced, machine downtime, material wastage, and rejected masks.




- Ensure product quality and follow established production procedures and quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety instructions and report electrical or mechanical faults to the maintenance team.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to achieve daily production targets.

Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic face-mask manufacturing machines.
- Understanding of ultrasonic welding and earloop attachment mechanisms.
- Knowledge of mask fabric feeding, alignment, nose-wire insertion, and sealing processes.
- Ability to identify common production defects and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to maintain production and rejection records.

Educational Qualification

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical training is preferred.
- Candidates with proven machine-handling skills and relevant practical experience may also apply.

Required Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in mask manufacturing, machine operation, or production-line machinery.
- Experience with automatic or semi-automatic face-mask manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
- Ability to work in a production environment and meet daily targets.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
