Role Description The Marketing & Sales - 2 and Counsellor Higher Education & Abroad - 2 roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Noida. Team members will promote UCAN’s overseas education services, manage inbound and outbound inquiries, and support marketing campaigns designed to attract prospective students. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students and families on suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions, as well as guiding them through application, admission, and visa processes.





These roles involve maintaining accurate records of student interactions, coordinating with partner institutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and problem resolution. Professionals in these positions will collaborate with colleagues to achieve enrollment targets and uphold UCAN’s standards of integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities and a focus on Customer Satisfaction to meet enrollment targets and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple student cases, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, overseas education services, or marketing and sales in a service-oriented sector is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields, along with proficiency in English and local languages.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, use basic office and CRM tools, and collaborate within a team environment.
