Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Gurugram.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote PrintVala’s customization and print-on-demand services, including digital and offline initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor insights, and contributing to marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. The role involves collaborating with sales and design teams to develop promotional materials, managing customer communication across channels, and supporting events or activations to showcase PrintVala’s offerings.

Specialist will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and support long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in merchandising, branding, or print-on-demand services; familiarity with marketing analytics tools; and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in office in Gurugram.
